A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We will move your site(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost data and unwanted network downtime. That’s the reason why we will perform all that for you for free!We have professional administrators whose sole task is to make sure that your site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many aspects to take into account – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do our very best to implement all website migrations within a 48–hour window. Smaller websites are transferred faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We do not need any private data. We will require, though, the login info for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you would like to move.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a customer. We are devoted to protecting the safety of the personal information gathered from the customers. A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous hosting provider. When we are done with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is modify the NS records associated with your domain name. Your web site will be transferred over to us without any downtime.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: Yeah. We support all traditional Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based web hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary site building and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
