Keeping an eye on a virtual server is a hard job. You either have to do the job yourself , in other words devote your valuable time to watching over your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party tool whose only mission will be to monitor your Virtual Private Server. And that is exactly where our Optional Admin Services package can help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be added to our own custom server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the important services. And in case of any service crash, our skilled server administrators will be warned at once and they will resolve the matter as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

When you have a busy website or a data–heavy web app, it’s crucial to keep a complete back–up copies of everything. However, setting up an auto backup system is tough. For this reason, we offer you our Optional Admin Services package – we will maintain a full backup copy of your Linux VPS server, not just of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each week, saving all the modifications that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Optional Admin Services deal will help you out. It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting operations – it means that you can basically hire one of our well–trained server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any app that you desire. And/or have him take care of a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Servers.
