A catch-all feature that is activated for a specific mailbox will allow you to receive email messages that are sent to addresses that do not really exist. Otherwise stated, if you deactivate an email address and someone still sends an email to it, or to any mistyped address under the very same domain, you’ll receive the email in the catch-all mailbox. Using this feature means that you will no longer miss an email for any reason whatsoever, which could be crucial if you are running some company, for example. Since you may start receiving unsolicited bulk email messages, you can use the catch-all feature with email filters in order to receive only real email messages in your inbox. Just one single mailbox per domain can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be activated for a catch-all mailbox.

You will see all the mailboxes that you have set up enumerated alphabetically and next to each one there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will instantaneously inform you whether a specific mailbox receives all the emails for a given domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this feature at any moment. In case there is active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain name, you’ll get a warning notice from our system. With just one single click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the context menu that will come into view. If any of the requirements for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will inform you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
